WE WOULD JUST LIKE TO TAKE THE TIME TO SAY THANK YOU! Normally food truck business stops abruptly in December and there are a few catering events in between then and the new season. There has been no slowing down for us this year! We are still going. Our customer base has grown exponentially. Thank you for the referrals, for supporting us and small business, for giving us feedback so we can improve and bring you more enjoyment through food now more then ever!
We are committed to supporting our community and other small business through collaborations, supporting local farms and vendors, and bringing more awareness to non profit groups that are doing everything they can to make our community stronger and safer.
I`m smoking another 200lbs of pork today! That should be an indication on how much you have all made our business successful!

Took a break from the today with my dear friend Rachel Kogler and grabbed some brunch from Nosh Custom Catering at Highland Lodge & Pub in Cleveland. Food and staff were amazing. I had the vegan poke bowl which is not pictured because I destroyed it and the Nosh Benedict . First time eating food from Chef Natalie Meiselwitz and bravo. The care and detail in each individual item on the plate was well thought out and very taken care of. Seasoning spot on. The balance of acid, sweet, savory, sour, and enough heat that won’t scare away those who don’t like care for it. Hats off to the whole crew. Well done!

In honor of this Harvest Street and Peja Vu will be running special menus featuring their products. Live music from The Seth Brown Band at 7pm. Come down and see what's brewing! Serving from 5pm to 9pm.

Recently Marc Luecke of Harvest Street and I had the opportunity came together for a collaboration dish for the Men who Cook event at Acuity to raise funding for Safe Harbor of Sheboygan County. What an incredible event! Such a great turn out. So well organized and so welcoming.
